Christine's Brissy Picnic (South Bank)
We're here today at South Bank Parklands to have a picnic
on Ekka Holiday 17 August 2011 (Wednesday)
Christine (Australia) and myself (Singapore)
Christine brought her girlie picnic set that comes with
a mat, plates, cups, cutleries, napkins etc
Also, she brought Turkish Bread, Salad, Tomatoes, Hommus, Ham
to make Sandwiches
Om nom nom!
This is how I like my picnic sandwich
Fine Dining Style
LIKE A BOSS
Eden (Taiwan) brought his Taiwanese specialty
Stinky tofu (臭豆腐) is a form of fermented tofu that has a strong odor
It is a popular snack in East and Southeast Asia
It is usually found homemade, at night markets or roadside stands, or as a side dish in lunch bars rather than in restaurants
Elsa (Indonesia) brought Mee Goreng
Mie goreng (Indonesian: mie goreng or mi goreng; Malay: mee goreng or mi goreng; both meaning "fried noodles") is a dish famous in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. It is made with thin yellow noodles fried with garlic, onion or shallots, fried prawn, chicken or beef, sliced bakso (meatballs), chili, vegetables, tomatoes, egg, and acar (pickles).
I'm not a freeloader, I brought Pokka Green Tea
which I believe is Singapore's favourite beverage of all time
Watch video for evidence!

After the feast, we played card games
cos we were too full (and smelly) to play soccer!
Learnt that Elsa could not differentiate
Hearts and Diamonds, also Spades and Clubs
The card game sucks cos I lost badly
Should have played Dai Dee (大老二) instead, which I am GOSU/IMBAL at!
We had a really enjoyable time today!
